New Development in Fort Greene Review

Got on the Q-train at Union Square and 2 stops later, only 12 minutes, got off at the 1st stop in Brooklyn. It was actually a nice ride as well, for those who have not done it, the subway goes over top of the bridge and not underground, so you enjoy a pleasant view crossing over – a very nice experience! As soon as you get off the subway, the building is literally right there – 1 block away!

The finishes in this building are GORGEOUS, unlike 99% of the rental buildings out there. But, for me the views were the real selling point, it is a tall building surronded by smaller ones so your exposure enables you to have a great view of the city skyline. The views start at the 9th floor!

The building is also enviormental friendly, which is awesome and there are more pics coming soon, but if you want a luxury high-rise that is convenient to union square, this is a great fit!

The building is NO FEE through Citi Habitats and Prices are:

Studios – around $1,550 and up (net effective)

1beds – around $1,900 and up (net effective)

2beds – around $2,850 and up (net effective)
