About Joe D

Joe DeLorenzo has come to Citi Habitats with a lifelong resume of Real Estate experience behind him. Joe D was born into a family of Real Estate experts and by age 18 had become one of the youngest professionals to get licensed, joining a top family team at Re/Max of Princeton, NJ. He frequently jokes how at the age of 2 he was using words like ‘mortgage’ and running around his mother’s Sunday open houses!

Recently launched, JoeDNYC.com, is Joe D’s new blog and real estate website, which will have frequent updates on the state of the market in Manhattan. Joe D is on the front lines of new technology available to the Real Estate world and is excited to add a fresh outlook in his business.

Among his impressive accomplishments in the field include his top-producer status as a member of the Re/Max International Executive Club for excellence in sales and the family team has assisted approximately 90 families each year with their move. Joe D views education as the most valuable asset available, so pursues continuing education with top real estate trainers to keep up with the latest trends and strategies.

Yet while his awards and accomplishments speak volumes, Joe D has excelled in the field equally because of his strong ethics, and the solid relationships he forms with clients. Driven, hard working, and tenacious, he knows how to navigate the market and get the job done.

A graduate of Rutgers University with a concentration in Communication and Economics, Joe D always knew Real Estate was his destiny. He has migrated back to Manhattan, back to his families NY roots and plans to fulfill even greater accomplishments.

Besides loving city life and partaking in all that it affords Joe D, an East Side resident, has also lived in Australia, and pursues his passion for travel when time allows.
